Terms of Service and Payment

> Commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless stated otherwise in the commission form.> Clients are not allowed to claim their work as their own and therefore must credit me as the artist using the social tag [@dannirie_ on twitter].> Any work done or made available to the client must NOT be used for NFTs or any blockchain purposes.> I retain the original rights to the artwork which allows me to post it online and include it in my portfolios.> I have the right to refuse a commission without the need to explain the reason/s for doing so.> By sending a commission form, you are purchasing a commission hereby fully agreeing with the Terms of Service.> The client must pay a downpayment of 50% of the full price after the artist sends in the initial sketch. Further stages of the art process will begin after payment is received.> The remaining 50% (as well as additional fees) must be paid once the final revision of the work has been presented. After completing the payment, I will deliver the finished product through google drive (without watermarks).

Timeline of projects and Process

After sending the filled-out commissions form, the client will receive a confirmation email within 1-3 business days of sending the form.The completion of the work will take an estimate of 1-3 weeks depending on the commission type. The artist will try to stick to the timeline, but sometimes this is not possible. Indicate important dates I will need to know.There will be a maximum of 3 revisions for every update provided during the process. I will actively reach out for feedback.The finished project will be delivered through google drive.
